I use brushes for some of the finer details, like ears, hair, fingernails, etc.


Again, Butch's mask is always the last element to be sponged.


I brush in around his eyes, and his nose...


Then use an empty mechanical pencil dipped in ink for his eyes, buttons, and the holes in his hockey mask.
