Now I lay down a cardboard frame, to contain the image.


These are my drawing tools. One sponge soaked with ink, the other to apply the ink to the comic.


...And I just start dabbing, smearing, and splotching ink onto the exposed parts of the image...


Removing layers of contact paper as I go, working toward the foremost element of the image, which is always Butch's mask.
